As Debbie’s knowledge grew she spent half-a-decade as assistant manager at 1st Whittier Escrow. Debbie devoted over 25-years in Whittier developing her talent and capability for comprehending and measuring the “Big-Picture” and then reducing it to workable
manageable terms. In the closing of tens-of-thousands of escrows, Debbie has become an expert in all areas of the escrow transaction; residential, commercial, refinance, and complicated multileg exchanges. Working with industry leaders like, Janice Chrisman, Richard Marshall, Charles Gray, Rose Pothier, Earl Salter and Donald Faubus, Debbie continued on the path of integrity, dependability, and excellence.
In 1998, Debbie broadened her career when she joined North Orange County Escrow Corporation in Fullerton, California; representing the company as the only Certified Senior Escrow Officer, she contributed over 9-years of dedication and world class service to her clients in pursuit of her vision of excellence. As one of most successful escrow officers at NOCE, in March of 2007, Debbie announced her desire to venture out and realize her dream; Crossroads Escrow Services, Inc.

The founder of Crossroads Escrow Services, Inc.; Debbie brings over 38-years of experience not easily found in the industry. Debbie is a certified board member of the South East Escrow Association, an active member of the California Escrow Association where she maintains her Certified Senior Escrow Officer status with her commitment excellence.
Marty I. Clesceri (CSEO) Senior Escrow Officer/Manager
Bringing over 44-years of experience; Marty is clearly a wealth of support for Crossroads Escrow; she began her career in real estate sales, including management of sales of residential subdivisions, mobile home parks, apartment complexes, as well as a manager of a state-wide sales force in excess of 550 agents. Marty has worked as a consultant/paralegal & escrow officer since 1996 she has consulted with numerous banks, developers, title companies including Bank of America; Shea Homes; 1st American Title; and Orange Coast Title. She managed some 22-branches with Western Mutual Escrow and administrated nine office districts for Bank of America (four counties). Responsibilities included: HR management; training and technical administration for all types of escrows; conversion to automation; quality control and auditing; marketing; strategic planning; REO auction; supervision of processing/closing and quality control escrows (commercial, bulk sales, exchanges and multi-state transactions). Victoria Pickett Escrow Assistant & Sales Representative
Victoria comes to Crossroads Escrow with a tremendous appetite for knowledge in the escrow business; she is excited in the everyday process of learning the business of escrow. Victoria is Debbie’s right-hand in the closing process; and when time permits she is very active in marketing Crossroads Escrow Services, Inc. to the real estate community. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business & Financial Administration and an Associate degree in Administration, and a certification from Chaffey College in Accounting; Victoria is bilingual in Spanish & English.
Shannon Christianson Dutton Escrow Sales Representative
Shannon brings an exciting young personality to our "Team Excellence"; she is aggressive and eager to learn the real estate & escrow industry. Shannon is a quick study and has brought a number of new clients to Crossroads Escrow in the short time she has joined the team. She holds a licence in Cosmetology and currently practices as a hair stylist with Salon VIP in San Dimas.
